个人简介：
陈语，1994年12月生，安徽安庆人，中共党员，厦门大学管理学博士，现为云顶集团登录网站副教授，硕士研究生导师。主要研究方向为能源经济与政策、绿色金融、数字政府与企业发展、CCUS政策与战略等，在《经济研究》、《中国人口∙资源与环境》、《Energy Economics》、《International Review of Financial Analysis》等国内外学术期刊发表论文20余篇。主持并参与国家自然科学基金项目、教育部人文社会科学基金项目、中国博士后科学基金面上项目、国网浙江省电力有限公司委托项目等横向及纵向项目10余项，结合课题研究成果形成政策专报多份，被国资委、湖北省委办公厅等政府机构采纳。相关研究成果曾获厦门市第十二届社会科学优秀成果奖一等奖，中国能源研究会三等奖等。兼任教育部科技委外聘撰写专家、国家能源集团技术经济研究院项目外聘专家、中国石油流通协会评审专家等。
